manufacturing and exporting high quality jewelry at very reasonable prices.
We are providing high quality gemstones and fine polish on our jewelry.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDERING QUANTITY AND AMOUNT?
The minimum quantity to order from Jaipur Jewelry is minimum 5 pieces per
design. The minimum amount of the order should be of US $500.00.
WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR THE
ORDERS?
Jaipur Jewelry accepts full payment in advance including shipping and
insurance charges. We accept payments via T/T transfers or bank transfers in
to our bank account. We also accept payments Via Credit/Debit cards, if you
opt this way of payment then their would be an extra surcharge of (6%).
WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS TIMINGS?
Order Process will start on the day of the confirmation of the payment of
the order, done into our bank. Most of our orders are highly customized and
labor-intensive, although we sell for low prices with low overhead.
It is highly recommended that you plan ahead and order well in advance for
your retail shows if any. Shipping time is determined by the level of
shipping company you choose. Any shipping company does not guarantee
delivery times for Ground shipments, and they do not deliver on Saturdays or
Sundays. Ground service usually arrives with in 3-7 days. Shipping Companies
like UPS, FedEx does, however, guarantee delivery times for Next Day Air,
2nd Day Air, and 3-Day-Select services. Again, please note that these
delivery times are from the date we ship, not from the date on which you
place your order; please allow up to 2 extra weeks for order processing.
WHAT TYPES OF GEMSTONES ARE USED IN YOUR JEWELRY?
Cut Stones: Garnet, Amethyst, Citrine, Peridote, Lemon Quartz, Black Onyx,
Smokey Topaz, Blue Topaz, Cubic Zircons, Dyed (Ruby, Emerald, and Blue
sapphire), Iolite and Crystal.
Cab Stones: Amethyst, Garnet, Citrine, Malachite, Laborite, Turquoise,
Chalcedony, Rainbow Moonstone, Onyx (Green, Red, Black), Tiger Eye (Red,
Yellow), Sandstone (Red, Blue), Lapis, Rose Quartz, Crystal Quartz, Pearl,
Mother of Pearl, Fluorite, Opal, Jade, Shiva Eye, Rutile, Prehnite,
Ammonite, Ruby Zosite, Chaorite, Orange Calcite, and many more stones for
the free size pendants.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD ITEM SIZES?
Jaipur Jewelry has a set standard of lengths in Necklaces, Bracelets, and
Rings Sizes.
Necklaces Length : 16” and 18” inches (Depending of the requirement of
design).
Bracelets Length : 8” inches (With Lock)
Rings Sizes : International Size 6, 7 and 8 (Assorted)
Pendants Size : Free (big) size stone pendants sizes may vary depending on
the size of the stones.
The costumer has full rights to modify the sizes as per their requirements.
Please inform us the required sizes on the jewellery while confirming the
order.
WHAT IS THE VARIATION OF WEIGHT NORMALLY?
As you know that all our manufactured jewellery is handmade and variation of
the weight does happen i.e. the actual weight of the items received and the
weight displayed on website may differ. The weights mentioned in the website
are approx and may vary up to 15% in Earrings, Rings, Necklaces, and
Bracelets depending on the stone and the design. In free size stone Rings
and the Pendants; the variation may be upto 25%.
IS THERE ANY DISCOUNTS ON ANY TERMS & CONDITIONS?
Jaipur Jewelry is providing high quality jewelry at very reasonable prices,
so there are no discounts offered under any terms or conditions. Jaipur
jewelry does not need any Discount promotions for its sales.
DO YOU HAVE MORE DESIGNS?
The Designs displayed on the website are just a very small part of the
collection of our designs. Jaipur Jewelry has a vast range of designs in
every section of the items. Our skilled designers are working regularly in
designing new and unique designs for our costumer. We do send more designs
but on the request of our regular customers only, or to some new customers
on specific reasons and requests only. We will regularly add and change
designs on our web portal without any prior information.
As the time passes new trends and fashion emerges we will change ourselves
in accordance with new looks and designs and make sure to provide our
customers the latest designs.
WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?
Pure bullion silver (.999 Fines) is too soft to manufacture jewelry, so an
alloy is made by adding around 6% of other metals like copper, kadium etc.
The resulting alloy is identified as .925 Silver or "Sterling Silver".
Jaipur Jewelry guarantees the Sterling purity of every jewelry product we
manufacture, and we laboratory assay-test samples frequently from our
Factories to ensure consistent sterling silver purity.
WHAT DOES JAIPUR JEWELRY GUARANTEE ON STERLING SILVER
PRODUCTS?
All of our items are guaranteed to be 92.5% Sterling Silver purity and free
of defects. We regularly assay-test products for purity and we stand behind
our jewelry supply merchandise. We are not, however, responsible for damage
due to wear and tear, oxidation (tarnish), and customer’s neglect or
mishandling.
WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY RETURN POLICY?
If you receive a factory-defect in any jewelry item, you may return it for a
full refund or exchange. All other returns are subject to a 10 percent
restocking fee. Please call for our shipping instructions prior to return.
PLEASE NOTE: You must inform us within 10 days of merchandise receipt in
order to make any returns. Returns will not be honored if merchandise is
altered in any manner.
Defective items must be returned in full as originally shipped. Partial (or
"cherry-picked") assortments or any returns that do not conform to this
return policy will not be accepted. Unless defective, we cannot accept
returns on pierced earrings as there are serious sanitary issues and disease
transmission concerns associated with returned body jewelry.
All sales are final after 10 days.
HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR EXPORT ORDERS?
All jewelry supply parcels are sent through Registered Mail or courier for
optimum security. Insurance is available for all international jewelry
supply shipments. Registered mail is extremely secure. Parcels are sent
inside locked bags altogether in a Tin Box and each person who handles it
along the way must sign to document receipt. We Ship your Orders via UPS,
FEDEX and EMS (Indian Speed Post).
HOW DO I CARE FOR STERLING SILVER JEWELS?
Sterling silver is a metal that is meant to be worn. One way to prevent
silver from tarnishing between displays or wearing is to keep the jewelry in
cloth pouches or Zip-closure plastic bags. A Silver Shining cloth is the
best way to remove tarnish from jewelry. Over time, liquid cleaners tend to
yellow the metal (although buffing will bring back the original shine).
Light mechanical buffing with a soft polish-treated cloth usually works
best. Otherwise rubbing with any soft cloth would bring back the shine.
